Wirral Lifelong and Family Learning Service provides high quality courses for adults in centres across Wirral.

Our most recent course list is available for download from this page.

Our aim is to provide introductory courses for adults who have had little or no previous experience in their chosen subject. All our tutors are experienced in teaching and encouraging the complete beginner.

Wirral Lifelong Learning Service aims to provide and develop courses for people locally. As well as offering courses in numerous venues across Wirral the service has centres at Leasowe and Rock Ferry that offer a range of subjects.

For some courses there is a small charge per term. All English and Maths courses are free. Tuition fees are waived for people on income related benefits.

We provide the opportunity to learn in a friendly, relaxed and adult environment.

The short courses are particularly aimed at beginners and people who have few or no qualifications or experience in a subject.

Family Learning aims to help families Enjoy and Achieve.

We run courses in partnership with schools and children’s centres to help parents/carers make learning together with their children fun and part of everyday life.
