The Community Programme
The Community Programme is intended to provide a wealth of activity to support lifestyle and behaviour change to local people. Activities will support individuals to lose weight, improve their diet, stop smoking, improve mental health, reduce alcohol consumption and increase physical activity levels. Most of sessions do not require booking, so clients can just turn up at the venue. The list does highlight those sessions that require clients to book a place.
