We get together in a safe, supportive atmosphere to share ideas with others about ways to cope with the distresses and challenges that we all sometimes experience in our lives. Our aim is to cope better, grow as people and to achieve the best possible health and enjoyment of life in the future for ourselves.
At the meeting we share the belief that there is a wide range of positive ideas that we can to bring to bear on good emotional and mental health and that realising we aren't on our own on our journey is the best starting point.
